Autograph Masterclass

A one-day event led by Douglas Butler. During the day we will consider what makes Autograph special: lesson ideas for Number, Shape, Algebra and Data, and how you might use Autograph to explore mathematics.

The day will include an overview of Autograph including: a tour of the page types, standard and advanced levels, onscreen keyboard, and other menu and tool bar settings. The day will feature several different areas of mathematics, but the course aims to cover several topics in Number, Shape, Algebra and Data. It will include pedagogical ideas about the use of dynamic software in the classroom to create, challenge and reveal mathematics to pupils. In preperation for this course you will need to download the latest version of Autograph from to your laptop and make sure you bring with you on the day.
